Profile

Rhys is a Senior Manager in the Transactions Team and is focused on M&A and Corporate Finance, with experience on multiple buy and sell side transactions across a variety of sectors and several multi-million fund raises. He acts as a point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the sales process, whilst preparing key deliverables and liaising with third-party advisors to ensure a smooth transaction.

Rhys is a Chartered Accountant and trained with Deloitte’s Corporate Finance team in Belfast, gaining experience across a breadth of service lines including financial modelling, capital and debt advisory, M&A and Transaction Diligence. In addition, Rhys possesses an LLB, graduating from Queen’s University Belfast.
