Approach
Working alongside 57 Stars, Raven researched and identified investment opportunities in the market that sat within the agreed investment criteria of the Fund.
Outcome
Raven identified and introduced 57 Stars to Kingsbridge Healthcare. Following a strategic fit between both parties, 57 Stars alongside Foresight Group LLP made a £5 million growth capital investment into the Company.
Highlights
The equity investment has allowed 352 Medical (now Kingsbridge Healthcare) to substantially grow. The Company has grown to become Northern Ireland’s largest private healthcare provider and a significant employer in the region with four 4 locations across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
