Profile

Oliver is an Associate Director in the Transactions Team and advises on strategic transactions for private companies. Oliver is a Chartered Accountant and trained at EY, where he advised on Company’s preparing for listing on the London Stock Exchange.

His role focuses on buying and selling business, as well as growth funding. Oliver acts as a key point of contact for clients and is involved with the preparation of investment papers and building accompanying financial models. Recently, Oliver advised on the sale of ICONI Software to US-Headquartered Banyan Software, the sale of Think People to AAB and the Bank Funding of New Life Teeth for growth expansion.
