Profile

Craig has been involved in M&A and Private Equity transactions for over 25 years, both as an Advisor and an Investor.  He has advised on over 100 transactions for companies such as ICONI Software, Orthoderm, Kilwaughter, Almac, Bushmills, Camperco, Bombardier, Click Energy, Independent News & Media Plc, Lowe Rental and Boojum. He has also advised funders such as 57 Stars LLC and CBPE. He has been an NED for 12 companies as an Investor, including Sepha, Intelesens, Kelsius and Bluechip Holdings.

Craig primarily advises on strategic transactions for private companies. This has included buyside and sell-side acquisitions, as well as equity and debt growth funding. He has developed a strong Private Equity and advisor network globally, with particular emphasis on the UK & Ireland, Europe and North America.  Craig is Chairman of the Quarterly in NI (“QUINI”) investment network, which aims to develop investment and M&A activity.
