Profile

Andrew is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has worked in tax for more than twenty years, primarily advising on private client matters, tax structuring, M&A, and cross-border taxation, mostly within Big-4 practices and has advised some of the largest businesses globally. He brings that expertise and experience to Raven clients of all sizes having also been involved with growth accelerators at Catalyst, Eagle Labs and the UB Accelerator Hub.

Andrew has also been a member of working groups with H M Treasury and H M Revenue and Customs to draft new legislation and has also provided evidence to Select Committees at Westminster on proposed changes to the UK tax system.
