Profile

David has worked in Strategy & Operations for the over 20 years, both in industry and “Big 4” consulting roles. He is experienced in helping companies transform their business operations, allowing them to scale and grow in a sustainable manner. He has worked in multiple industries including Consumer and Pharmaceuticals and focusses on Operations Strategy design and implementation, Integrated Business Planning and Manufacturing optimisation. As well as consulting roles David has had a number of industry roles most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Diaceutics plc where he was responsible for the managing the design and implementation of their corporate strategy.

As with all transformation programmes David engages clients across the impact on the organisational capability within, the systems landscape and the processes that underpin the business, helping them to identify and navigate the path to deliver long term results.
