Stephen has over 20 years’ experience in business information systems implementations and consulting projects. He has a track record of delivering comprehensive solutions to multi-entity, multi-national clients, including implementing new ERP systems, refining financial reporting processes, streamlining administrative operations, and conducting user training to maximise IT functionality. Stephen’s expertise extends beyond implementation to include ERP software evaluation and selection projects. Before his tenure at Business Advisory Solutions, he served as Group Financial Controller, gaining first hand experience leading an ERP selection project internally. His diverse background also encompasses leadership roles in finance functions, notably as Group Financial Controller for PCH International in China, major software services, manufacturing and supply chain firms, and previously for the multinational Aepona Group headquartered in Belfast.
