Alison Price is a Management Consultant and Chartered Certified Accountant and has worked in Business Information Systems Consulting for 20 years.

Alison has extensive experience in the full systems life cycle from systems selection to implementation and management reporting.  Alison has been the lead in numerous systems implementation projects and has developed many technical documents for use within and external to the organisations she has worked with.

Alison’s experience enables her to understand a client’s needs and to tailor software solutions to meet their requirements and expectations. Having gained experience in a number of business information systems across a range of industries and business types, she is able to assess a client’s current system functionality and business processes, and advise on what additional functionality could be utilised within their current solution or to assist with the procurement of a new or upgraded software solution. Alison has also acted as lead “super user” on a number of reporting solutions within client organisations, to assist those clients with management reporting and decision making.

Throughout all of her assignments, Alison has trained the client on the “good-practice” use of the solution, creating tailored end user documents thus ensuring a good hand over of knowledge and experience.

Alison has particular specialism in designing and delivering system testing and assisting clients with their system testing and acceptance activities.
