Profile

Richard trained as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in Nottingham, before joining KPMG’s Midland’s corporate finance team. During his time with KPMG, Richard developed a broad network of contacts in the UK M&A and PE markets.

Over the past 20 years, Richard has advised on a large number of cross-border and complex transactions including the sale of Foodco to Henderson Foodservice,  the sale of Tascomi to Idox Plc, the sale of Camperco to Brisbane-based Apollo Tourism and Leisure plc, the sale of JW Kane to Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing, securing equity and debt for Tribe Tech plc, the investment by Panoramic Growth Equity in NewCMI, the sale of IPS to Michigan-headquartered EQI and the sale of CattleEye to GEA Group AG

• University of Leeds – 1^st class BSc. (Hons) in Medicinal Chemistry
