Profile

Harry joined Raven after working within Citibank’s front office team as a Business Analyst. As a member of the Transactions team, Harry has supported a variety of transactions including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and private capital funding rounds for SME’s. Harry has undertaken several research tasks on behalf of Raven clients and assists the ongoing elements of day-to-day transactions across the firm.

Harry has recently obtained the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments Certificate in Corporate Finance and is on track to complete his Diploma in Corporate Finance and obtain the full CF qualification from the CISI/ICAEW. This will equip him with the skills and practical knowledge to advise clients on their deal activity.
