We reviewed all systems, all data and identified what level of integration was possible. Worked with relevant staff to cleanse data and developed new business processes to ensure data was input or flowed accurately to all necessary systems.

Outcome

Neueda’s data is now more complete, accurate and consistent throughout their systems. In addition, user experience vastly improved and manual processing minimised.
